If you are traveling from the SOUTH:
Take 294 North (Tri-State Toll way North) to route 88 (West). Shortly after entering

at 22nd Street West (left), for approximately 1-1/2 miles to the surgery center,
which is located on the south side of the street.
If you are traveling from the EAST:
Take the Eisenhower Expressway West to 294 South. Take this to route 88 west.
Take route 88 to the exit for 22nd Street (Cermak Road). Take 22nd Street west
(left), for approximately 1-1/2 miles to the surgery center, which is located
on the south side of the street.
If you are traveling from the WEST:
Take route 88 to the Midwest Road exit. Proceed north to the first traffic light,
which is 22nd Street. Go left (west) about ½ mile to the surgery center which is located on the south side of the street.
