Your
surgery will be performed early in the morning at the Oakbrook Surgical Centre.
The day before you will receive detailed instructions from the staff. Also
you will receive a call from the nurse at the Surgical Centre who will cover
the same topics. This is done to ensure the highest level of care.
Surgery is performed on an outpatient basis. This means that you will be going
home after surgery. Upon being cleared, you may return home. Your local physician
will receive copies of your operative report and send us any relevant information.
ln-town patients will return to our offices 5-7 days after surgery for a follow-up
visit.
