The
cost for the entire procedure, including review, examination, labs, surgery,
anesthesia, facility, and follow-up visit, is $10,000.
Patients must pay the full amount at least two weeks prior to surgery.
A full refund will be issued if the surgery is cancelled by the physician
for medical reasons; otherwise, a $250
cancellation fee will be assessed.
Generally
speaking most insurance policies will not pay for a tubal reversal procedure.
We will be happy to contact your insurance company and verify your benefits.
Also, after the surgery we can provide you with documentation you can
use to seek reinbursement for your tubal reversal fee.
